19.11.2018 — Prague City Council has 11 members and is elected by Prague City Assembly. Its members are the Mayor of Prague, 4 Deputy Mayors of Prague and 6 Councillors. Meetings are held every Tuesday (or other days when needed) and are not public. Every citizen has the right to consult the minutes from the meetings. The Council is accountable for its actions to the Assembly.

30.7.2020 — Whether you want to shop, eat or meet up with friends, Malostranské náměstí (Lesser Town Square) is the place to go on Thursday, the 30th of July. A popular farmers' market will take place on the busy square in the heart of the Czech capital, with a special offer on seafood and Prosecco. Thankfully, the popular market is not overly affected by restrictions, so you can freely enjoy shopping and socialising.

23.8.2020 — The Sculpture Line is a festival that transforms squares, streets, parks and other public spaces into open-air galleries. The festival is taking place in Prague and other Czech cities and towns for the sixth time. Sculpture Line is the largest event in the Czech Republic that supports the connection between sculpture and public space and, in doing so, expands the cultural and artistic potential of public spaces, bringing emotion into public spaces and exploring new possibilities. The main idea of the long-term art project is to introduce contemporary art to both residents and tourists, and to enhance the social function of public spaces.
