• Preparation, discussing, monitoring, evaluation and implementation of the Strategic Plan of the City of Prague
• Creation of a ground plan and its changes
• Following national and regional concepts, creation of municipal concepts and giving rise to respective projects in the territory of the City of Prague and provision of obligations of the City of Prague in the independent competency in evaluating impacts on the environment
• Processing, discussing and proposals for the implementation of strategic, territorial-development and urban programmes of the City of Prague
• Use of development localities of the City of Prague
• Discussing the territorial development plans with other regions of the Czech Republic
