I escaped from Dnipro with just my cat, and I didn’t know anyone in Prague. Hlavák gave me the chance to help others, but also to belong somewhere. I had to save my soul, and among the volunteers found support, understanding and new friends. I always wondered where all the good people were, the ones that our world so badly needs.
